The high-efficiency heat exchanger can cool the finished emulsified asphalt from high-temperature emulsified asphalt to room temperature, thereby improving storage stability; the heated cooling water can be used for emulsified asphalt production without water heating costs. 3. The heat-conducting oil heating electric heating system is heated separately, which can realize automatic temperature control. Heat transfer oil heating systems are mainly used to provide preheating and heat for the production process. It replaces the traditional blowtorch baking method, which is fast, simple and efficient;

4. The core part of the asphalt emulsification process is the emulsifier developed by our company. It adopts a unique stator and rotor gap adjustment structure, which can maintain the stability of small gaps. The specially treated stator and rotor have strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance, thus ensuring the effectiveness and stability of the emulsion;

5. Adopt PLC control system. The frequency conversion motor adjusts the speed of the asphalt pump, and the water flow is adjusted through the electric milk regulating valve to control the content of emulsified asphalt more accurately;

6. All materials in contact with the emulsion are made of stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance and can be applied to the production of different types of emulsified asphalt.
